ACEConline.com TERMS OF USE

ACEConline.com is managed by Adult Care Education Center, LLC, an online network of Long Term Care Professionals who share a common goal of improving the quality of care received by residents in long term care facilities nationwide. Our network supports training providers by providing an efficient way to create and publish online trainings, host webinars, and publish their live training schedule. Our network supports facility administrators and caregivers by providing access to online trainings and webinars, by providing a system to track their facility employees' training, by providing a system to administer employee proficiency quizzes, by providing a notification system for local live trainings.

By registering with aceconline.com you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), which sets out the legally binding terms for your user account and may be modified by the Operator from time to time. Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting by Operator on the Web site.

Eligibility - THE WEBSITE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If Aceconline.com terminates your account because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees that may have been charged.

Proprietary Rights - The Operator owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Web Site and the Service. The Web Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Aceconline.com. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or sell any such proprietary information without written permission.

Online Trainings and Webinsars - You understand and agree that Aceconline.com provides a online network through which third party trainers and training companies can disseminate their content. Aceconline.com is not responsible for this content. When trainers submit content for online trainings they automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that they have the right to grant, to Aceconline.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Aceconline.com reserves the right to remove the offending communication from the Service and terminate the accounts of such violators.

Although Aceconline.com cannot monitor the conduct of its users off the Web Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

Copyright Policy - You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Online trainings and webinars, in most cases, are the proprietary material of the individual trainer.

Disclaimers - Aceconline.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Web site or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Web site, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Aceconline.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service. Aceconline.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications.
